Cuckold Hypnosis Triggers: The Six Cues I Use, How They Are Installed and How to Remove Them
By Juliet Monroe · updated 2026-10-17 · 6 min read

Cuckold hypnosis triggers are the small cues that bring a trained feeling back on demand: a phrase you hear, a ring you touch, a tap you count. In the free course on this site I install six of them, one at a time, so you can feel exactly what each one does. This guide explains each trigger, how installation works, how to use them in ordinary life and, importantly, how to take them out again.
If the general mechanism is new to you, start with cuckold conditioning; the glossary entries on trigger and anchor give the short definitions.
How a trigger is installed
Installation is slower and more ordinary than the word suggests. There are four steps, and they repeat every session.
- Relax. Breathing and counting lower your guard.
- Feel. The voice leads you into the state you want to attach: calm, warmth, pride.
- Cue. At the peak of the feeling, a word is spoken or a touch is made.
- Repeat. The cycle repeats several times in one session and across several nights.
The technique called fractionation, moving in and out of a relaxed state repeatedly, deepens the effect each time. After a few nights the cue alone brings a faint echo of the feeling. After a few weeks it can bring a clear one.
The key point is that nothing foreign is inserted. You supply the feeling; the cue just becomes a handle on it.
The six triggers

Here is each cue in the order the free course introduces it.
1. The ring stays on
Start Here Part 1: The Ring Stays On is the first night. Three words repeat with the breath: the ring stays on. The cue means: the marriage is the foundation, and whatever else happens, I am steady.
Use in life: Say it silently when you feel unsettled, and rest your thumb against the band.
2. Touch your ring
Start Here Part 2: Touch Your Ring trains a physical cue. The voice takes you up and down in depth until a touch on the ring is enough to drop you into calm.
Use in life: A single touch before a hard conversation, a long commute or a nervous waiting period.
3. Good husband
Start Here Part 3: Good Husband pairs a phrase with a wave of warmth and pride, installed through praise. Whenever you hear or think good husband, the pride returns.
Use in life: Say it after doing something kind, not as a reward for passivity. It works best when it follows real effort.
4. Watch
Start Here Part 4: Just Watch teaches stillness and attention. Watch means: hands quiet, eyes open, mind calm. It is the core of the cuck-chair discipline; see the cuck chair.
Use in life: A reminder to observe instead of reacting, helpful for jealousy.
5. The tap
Start Here Part 5: The Tap counts taps on a lock, building longing and calm at the same time. The sound becomes the cue.
Use in life: Rarely needed. Most listeners keep this trigger for the audio itself, where it works best.
6. Queen of Spades
Start Here Part 6: Queen of Spades attaches the spade and the gold chain to devotion and pride. Queen of Spades now means: she is free, I am proud, and we belong to each other.
Use in life: Seeing the symbol, in an anklet or a pendant, brings back the feeling. For more, see queen of spades meaning.
The seventh part, All of Me, chains all six together. Listen to it after you have lived with the others for at least a week. Start with the whole Start Here path if you have not.

Using triggers sensibly

Triggers are best treated like seasoning. A few simple rules:
- Use them sparingly outside sessions. Overuse blunts them.
- Use them for good purposes. Calming yourself, steadying a conversation, strengthening a ritual.
- Never in unsafe situations. Do not use a trigger that deepens relaxation while driving or in any situation where focus matters.
- Tell your wife. If she knows your cues, she can help, and nothing is hidden.
- Refresh by listening. A trigger fades without occasional reinforcement.
How to remove or soften a trigger
Triggers are not permanent. They weaken without use and can be deliberately reversed.
- Stop using the cue for two to four weeks. The most effective step.
- Pair it with something neutral. Say the phrase while doing a dull task.
- Reframe it. Decide the phrase now means something else, then use it that way.
- Replace it. Install a new cue you prefer.
- Ask for help. A qualified hypnotherapist or counsellor can assist if a response feels unwelcome.
If a trigger has ever felt uncomfortable, stop the session that installed it and leave it for a while. The listener is in charge.
Do the triggers work when you are awake?

Partially. Outside a relaxed state, the response is lighter: a small shift in mood rather than a full drop. That is by design. The strongest effect happens in the audio, with the full set of conditions. In daily life, triggers act as gentle nudges.
Designing a personal trigger
My six cues are a starting set. Many listeners eventually want one of their own, and designing it is straightforward.
- Choose the feeling. Pick one you want available on demand, such as calm, pride or patience.
- Choose the cue. It should be easy to do discreetly. A touch on the ring, a breath pattern, a short phrase.
- Choose a quiet moment. After a session, while you are still relaxed.
- Link them. Bring the feeling up, hold it, add the cue, release. Repeat five times.
- Practise for a week. Once a day, in calm moments.
- Test lightly. On an ordinary day, use the cue and see whether it brings a hint of the feeling.
Keep the cue unique. A trigger that mimics something you do all day, like blinking or breathing normally, will blur. A ring touch is good because you do not do it constantly. A phrase works if it is short and not something you say in ordinary speech.
Stacking and chaining
When you have several triggers, you can chain them: touch your ring, say good husband, and breathe out. The chain compresses the whole sequence into a few seconds. This is what Start Here Part 7: All of Me trains. Do not chain until each trigger is reliable on its own, or the chain will be vague.
Caring for the set
- Refresh each trigger with a session once a week.
- Retire any cue that begins to feel stale.
- Keep notes: what each one does and when it last worked well.
- Avoid using more than three or four in daily life, or they will blur.
Triggers and your wife

If your wife is in the loop, she can participate in a way no recording can. A familiar word from her, said in her voice, carries far more weight than the same word from a stranger. Agree on a short list of phrases she is happy to use, and a short list of situations where they are welcome. Keep the practice playful and consensual. The guide on cuckold audio with your wife describes ways to introduce the idea of shared cues without pressure.

Frequently asked questions
What are cuckold hypnosis triggers?
They are cues, such as a phrase, a touch, a sound or an image, linked by repetition to a feeling like calm, pride or longing. Mine are The ring stays on, Touch your ring, Good husband, Watch, The tap and Queen of Spades.
How is a hypnotic trigger installed?
By relaxing, bringing up the target feeling, adding the cue at the peak and repeating the cycle across a session and several nights. Fractionation, moving in and out of relaxation, strengthens the link each time.
Can a trigger be removed?
Yes. Stop using it for a few weeks, pair it with a neutral activity, reframe its meaning or install a replacement. If a response feels unwelcome, a qualified hypnotherapist or counsellor can help.
Will triggers work when I am not listening to audio?
Lightly. Outside a relaxed state they act as gentle nudges rather than full drops. The strongest effects happen in the audio with the full conditions.
Is it safe to use hypnosis triggers in daily life?
Use them sparingly and never while driving or in any situation that needs full focus. Calming or steadying yourself with a ring touch is an ordinary, safe use.
