Cuckcake: meaning
Also: cuck cake, cuckqueaned
Cuckcake is the female partner of the other woman's husband in a cuckquean dynamic. If the husband is the one who has an outside partner, and his wife consents and finds it exciting, the woman he sees is the cuckcake.
Where the word comes from
Like many coinages in this world, the term sprang from forum humour. Cuckold plus a sweet word for something desirable and a little frivolous gave "cuckcake." It plays on the same logic as "bull," which is the man who sees a hotwife. If the bull is the strong, confident outside partner, the cuckcake is the cheerful, sought-after outside partner on the other side.
It is more playful than a clinical term, and it has no formal history. It is not in dictionaries. You will find it on cuckquean sites and in captions, usually shortened and used affectionately.

The parallel stops at tone. There is no single script for the cuckcake. She may be dominant, sweet, shy or professional about it. What matters is that she understands she is part of a couple's arrangement and treats both spouses with respect.
What a good cuckcake knows
- She is not a replacement. The couple's marriage comes first, and she accepts that without sulking.
- She is informed. She knows the wife knows, and she knows the limits.
- She respects privacy. Pictures, messages and names stay inside the group.
- She is honest about herself, including her own health, availability and feelings.

For the cuckquean
The wife who is in the role of cuckquean may enjoy meeting the cuckcake first, hearing a full account afterwards, or giving instructions. Others want distance and prefer to hear nothing.
