NTR ASMR Script: A Whispered F4M Netorare Fantasy, Written Out
By Juliet Monroe · updated 2026-10-18 · 7 min read

An NTR ASMR script is a whispered monologue in which a wife tells her husband, in close and intimate sound, how she is slowly being drawn toward another man. It is agreed fiction between consenting adults, written to be read aloud or recorded. Below is a complete original F4M script of about twelve minutes, then notes on mic technique, pacing, variations and how to keep the fantasy safe. The slow pull of the story is the point: it is built to be felt in the ear, not rushed.
NTR comes from the Japanese word netorare, and the genre is explained in the guide to NTR ASMR and in NTR versus cuckold. If this is your first script, begin with the gentler free Start Here course, and use this page when you want something with more tension.
Before you perform it
- Agree it is fiction. Both of you know the story is invented. No real names, real people or real events appear.
- Choose a stop word and say it aloud before you begin.
- Plan the landing. The script ends with her returning to him. Add a cuddle of five minutes afterward.
- Set the room. Low light, a blanket, two glasses of water.
- Mic or no mic. For a recording, place the mic about a hand’s width from your mouth, a little off to one side. For a live reading, sit close enough to whisper at his ear.
- Pace. Read at half your normal speed. Leave a full breath after every paragraph.
The performer is SHE. The listener is HE, the husband. Everything in italics is a direction, not spoken.
The script: “Stay Where You Are”

(SHE leans close. Whisper. Soft, warm, a little breathless.)
Stay where you are. Don’t turn around. Just listen to me.
(A slow breath near the mic.)
I want to tell you something, and I want you to keep very still while I do. Can you do that for me? Good.
(Pause. A small smile in the voice.)
Do you remember the night we went to the dinner at Mira’s house? You were in the kitchen, pouring wine, and I was on the balcony. A man I hadn’t met was standing there, looking at the lights. We talked. Only for a few minutes. About nothing. The city, the weather, a book.
(Slower.)
And when I came back inside, I couldn’t stop thinking about his voice.
(Beat.)
That’s all. That’s all it was, that night.
(She shifts, closer to the ear.)
I didn’t tell you. I thought it was silly. But a few days later I found myself looking at my phone, wondering whether he would write. And he did. Just a line. “I enjoyed our talk.”
(Whisper, amused.)
I read it three times. Then I put the phone face down on the bed, next to you, while you slept.
(A long breath.)
You never saw it. You were so peaceful.
(She lets the pause be long.)
Do you want me to go on?
(Wait for HE to nod or whisper “yes”.)
Good. Keep still.
(Her voice lowers.)
We wrote to each other for a week. Little things. What he was reading. What I was wearing to work. And each night, when you reached for me, I thought of that voice and I let myself be a little further away than I’d been the night before.
(Beat.)
I never lied to you. I just didn’t say.
(Softer.)
Then he asked to meet. A coffee. Nothing more. And I said yes.
(She laughs, a quiet breath against the mic.)
I wore the green dress. You said I looked lovely when I left. You kissed my cheek. Do you remember that?
(Pause.)
I remember thinking, as I walked to the car, that this was the last time you would kiss me before I became something slightly different.
(Beat, then tender.)
Is that a terrible thing to say?
(She doesn’t wait for an answer. She goes on, slow and sure.)
The café was small, with a low light over the window. He stood when I came in. He didn’t kiss my cheek. He just looked at me, and it felt like being seen for the first time in years.
(Pause.)
We talked for two hours. When I looked at the clock I was shocked. I’d forgotten to be nervous. I’d forgotten the car outside, the time, everything. I’d forgotten you.
(Whisper, very close.)
Not forgotten you. I just hadn’t thought of you once.
(A long, soft breath.)
That is what I wanted to tell you. Not what happened next. Not yet. Just that for two hours, you weren’t in my head, and I liked how it felt.
(She waits. Then her tone shifts, playful and low.)
You’re breathing differently. Do you know that? Your whole chest has changed.
(Beat.)
Are you jealous? Or are you something else? Don’t answer. Just let it sit.
(Pause.)
When I got home, I sat in the car a long time. I looked at the house, the light in the kitchen, the shape of you behind the curtain. And I thought, he’s waiting. He’s so good. He always waits.
(Whisper.)
And I felt something I’m not proud of. I felt powerful.
(She breathes.)
I walked in and I kissed you, and I said it was a nice coffee with an old friend. And you smiled, and you believed me, and I went upstairs and lay on the bed with my coat still on and thought: I could do anything now.
(A long, quiet pause. Then, tenderly.)
The next week I saw him again.
(Beat.)
And the week after that.
(She speaks very slowly.)
I’m not going to tell you how it ended, not tonight. Some stories are better when you hold them one night at a time.
(Closer to the ear, almost inaudible.)
But I want you to know the shape of it. In the beginning I took a little of me away from you. Then more. Until there was a point when I looked at you and realised I was visiting.
(A pause. She lets the fear sit. Then her voice softens.)
And that’s when I came home. Not to tell you I was leaving. To tell you I was staying.
(Beat.)
Because it’s you I want to tell, and not him.
(Whisper.)
Isn’t that strange? He can have my evenings. My dresses. My late nights. But you’re the one who hears the story.
(She moves closer still.)
Do you know why?
(Pause.)
Because the story is for you. The story is the gift.
(Her voice gentles.)
I love you. I wore my ring all the way through. I touched it in the café when I wanted to tell him what I was feeling. And every time, it reminded me which hand I’d chosen to put it on.
(A soft laugh.)
You’re still very still. Good boy.
(Beat.)
Now turn around. Slowly.
(HE turns.)
Look at me. See? Here. In front of you. The same woman who was never anywhere else.
(She touches his face.)
It was only a story. Wasn’t it?
(Pause.)
(Whisper.) Say it with me. It was only a story.
(They say it together.)
(She kisses him.) Come here. I’m yours. I never stopped being yours.
(End of scene. Step out of roles with a hug and your real names.)
Mic and voice technique
- Distance. Too close and plosives pop. A hand’s width and a pop filter are enough.
- Direction. Speak slightly across the mic, not into it, to keep consonants soft.
- Breath. Let the breaths be audible but never exaggerated. They carry the intimacy.
- Sibilants. Whispered “s” sounds can sting. Soften them by speaking from the back of the mouth.
- Silence. Leave room tone for two seconds at the start and end. Silence is part of ASMR.
- Panning. For binaural recordings, move gently from one ear to the other at the moments of closeness. The guide on whisper ASMR for cuckolds covers this in more detail.
Pacing guide
| Segment | Length | Energy |
|---|---|---|
| Opening command to stay still | 1 min | Warm, intimate |
| The balcony and the first text | 2 min | Light, curious |
| The coffee | 3 min | Rising, dreamy |
| The car and the power | 2 min | Low, slow |
| The shape of it | 2 min | Whisper, close |
| The return and reassurance | 2 min | Tender, steady |
Variations
- The letter version. She reads it as a letter, in a quiet, slightly formal voice.
- The phone version. She whispers it down a phone line from another room.
- The long version. Add a second chapter where she describes the third week.
- The reverse. The husband tells a story to the wife, with the same structure.
- The gentler version. Cut the line about feeling powerful, and have her tell the story as something that frightened her.
Making it safe

NTR plays with the fear of loss. That is why the ending matters. Keep these rules:
- The ending always returns to the couple.
- If either of you feels real anxiety, stop and talk.
- No real names, no real people, no real events inside the story.
- Do not use it to test trust or to hint at real worries.
- Follow it with a physical reassurance, such as a hug or a shower together.
For the more explicit side of the fantasy, the exclusive Tap The Lock And Thank BBC is a recorded scene where the wife narrates a different kind of evening. The free affirmation Her Text Says Stay deals with trust in a lighter way, and Before You Said Yes is a calm companion for the nights after you perform something like this. For a husband who finds waiting the hardest part, Just Watch is a patient first lesson.
If you would like to write your own version, the template in the guide on a cuckold ASMR script shows the structure. You can also pair this one with the confession-style scene in cheating wife confession script, which has a more theatrical rhythm.
Frequently asked questions
What is an NTR ASMR script?
It is a written monologue for whispered audio in which a character is gradually drawn toward someone else and tells her partner about it. In this version, it is agreed fiction between two consenting adults, with a reassuring ending that returns the story to the couple.
Is NTR the same as cuckolding?
Not exactly. NTR, from netorare, focuses on the sense of loss and the slow drift. Cuckolding is usually about a husband who accepts and enjoys his wife’s encounters. Scripts often blend both, and the ending decides which one it feels like.
How do I record an NTR script?
Place a mic a hand’s width from your mouth, a little off axis, with a pop filter. Whisper at half your usual speed, leave breaths and silences, and keep the room very quiet. Record the opening and closing room tone separately.
How long should an NTR ASMR script be?
Ten to fifteen minutes is typical. That is long enough for the story to build and short enough that the whisper stays intimate. Longer pieces work better as chapters than as one stretch.
Is it safe to perform NTR role-play?
It is if you agree the fiction, keep real people out of it, choose a stop word and end with physical reassurance. If either partner feels real anxiety, pause and talk. Slower, softer versions are better for a first try.
