Cuckold ASMR Script: A Free F4M Confession to Read Aloud

By Juliet Monroe · updated 2026-10-16 · 7 min read

cuckold asmr script
A cuckold ASMR script is a written whisper scene, here F4M, in which a wife tells her husband about her evening. This original script runs about twelve minutes read aloud, with stage directions in italics, and comes with tips on pacing, mic distance, binaural placement and aftercare.

A cuckold ASMR script is a scene written to be whispered: slow sentences, soft sounds and a husband listening in the dark. Below is a complete original F4M script, a wife coming home and telling her husband about her evening, followed by performance tips. Read it to your partner, record it for yourself, or use it as a template for your own.

How to use this script

The script is written for a woman’s voice speaking to a husband (F4M). Everything here is fantasy and consensual role-play between adults. The “husband” on the receiving end is the listener, so lines address “you”.

If you are completely new to this style of audio, listen to a sample of the free Start Here course first. It shows the pacing, which matters more than any single word.

(Whispering, very close. Soft breath. The sound of a coat being hung up.)

Hi, love.

Don’t get up. Stay exactly where you are. I want to see you there, just like that.

(Soft laugh.)

You waited up. Of course you did.

(Footsteps, then a sigh as she sits beside him.)

I’m going to tell you about tonight. All of it. But first, I need you to do something for me. Put your hand on your ring. Feel it. Good.

That ring stayed on. I want you to know that before I begin. The whole night, it stayed exactly where it belongs.

(Closer, lower.)

I got to the bar a little early. I sat by the window. I had a glass of white wine and I watched the door the way you watch a film you already know the ending of.

And then he walked in.

(A slow breath.)

He was taller than I expected. Dark coat, no tie, a way of looking at a room as if it had been waiting for him. And when he saw me, he didn’t hurry. He just smiled, and walked over like he had all the time in the world.

He said, “You must be Juliet.”

(Soft, amused.)

I told him yes. I told him I was married. I told him you knew where I was.

And he said, “Then he’s a lucky man.”

(Pause. She lets that hang.)

Do you know what that did to me, love? Hearing somebody else say that about you? About us?

I don’t think you do. But you will.

(She adjusts closer, voice a whisper against his ear.)

We talked for an hour. About everything. Travel, the weather, nothing at all. Every few minutes his hand would come to rest on the table, near mine. Not touching. Just near. And every time it did, I felt it all the way down.

I kept thinking about you. I’m not saying that to be sweet. I’m saying it because it was true. The whole time, part of me was here, in this room, watching you wait.

(Soft pause.)

He asked about you. Did you know that? Not in a clumsy way. He asked what you do, what you’re like, whether you’d be comfortable with him sitting this close to your wife.

(Amused, intimate.)

I told him you’d be comfortable. I told him you’d probably be sitting in your chair right now, hands on your knees, trying very hard to look calm.

He laughed. And then he said something I haven’t stopped thinking about. He said, “I’d like to meet a man like that.”

(Pause.)

I said, “You’d like him. Everybody does. That’s the problem.”

(She laughs under her breath.)

I ordered a second glass and I watched the room. A couple at the next table, laughing. A woman at the bar with her coat half off. And I thought: nobody here knows. Nobody knows that a husband is waiting at home with his ring on his finger, listening to the clock, picturing every word.

(Lower.)

That was the moment I felt it properly. The secret. The heat of it. Because the secret was ours.

(She runs a fingertip along his arm.)

He leaned in and told me I had a beautiful laugh. He said it so simply, with no performance at all. And I felt myself go warm, the way I do when you say my name in the dark.

I want you to understand what I’m telling you. I’m not telling you he was better. I’m telling you he was different, and that the difference was exciting, and that you were the reason I could enjoy it. Because I knew where I was going home to.

(Soft pause.)

On the second glass of wine, he asked whether he could walk me to my car.

I said yes.

(Slower, deliberate.)

It was cool outside. He walked close, closer than he needed to. At the car I turned around to say goodnight, and he was right there. Just a breath away.

He didn’t kiss me. Not yet. He just looked at me, and waited.

He was asking.

(Whisper, very quiet.)

And I thought of you in this chair, with your hands on your knees. And I said, “Yes.”

(Long exhale.)

He kissed me, love. Slowly. Like he was learning me.

I want you to hear how that sounded in my head. Slow. Warm. A little dangerous. I put my hand on his chest. I could feel his heart. I let him kiss me again.

And I thought: this is what it feels like to be wanted by a stranger. And then I thought: this is what it feels like to be wanted by a stranger while my husband waits at home.

(Warm, teasing.)

That second thought is what undid me.

(Pause. She strokes his hair.)

I’m not going to tell you the rest. Not tonight. Some of it is mine.

But I’ll tell you this. When I got into the car, my hands were shaking. I sat there for a full minute with the engine off. I looked at my ring. I touched it. I said your name.

And I drove home.

(Softly, almost laughing.)

I drove home to you, because you’re the one I choose. Every time.

(Pause. A slow, thoughtful breath.)

Do you want to know what I said to myself in the car? I said: this is the best kind of evening. The kind where I get to be everything. The woman at the table, the woman at the car door, and the woman who comes home.

I don’t have to choose between them. I never did. You taught me that.

(Quieter.)

Now. You’ve been very good. You’ve been still and patient, and I can feel how your heart is going.

So here’s what’s going to happen. I’m going to stay here for a moment and let you breathe. Then I’m going to ask you one question, and you’re going to answer it honestly.

(She waits. A long pause.)

Did you like hearing it?

(She waits again.)

I thought so.

Come here. Closer. I’ve got you.

(Soft kiss.)

I’m going to tell you one more thing, and then we’re going to sleep.

I wanted tonight to be about me. About what it feels like to be that woman, at that table, with that man looking at me. And it was. But the best part, the part that made it feel real, was knowing you were waiting.

That’s my secret. You’re the best part.

(Whisper, fading.)

Good husband. Good night. The ring stays on.

(Slow breath. Silence.)

Performance tips

A script is only a skeleton. The performance gives it a pulse.

Voice and pacing

Speak about a third slower than normal conversation. Lower your pitch slightly at the ends of sentences. Let a breath replace commas. If you hurry, the intimacy disappears.

Mic distance and placement

For recording, keep the microphone six to ten centimetres from your mouth, slightly off-axis to avoid plosives. For binaural effect, speak from the left ear, then the right, then centre, moving slowly. Test the levels with headphones on.

Sounds that help

A coat zip, a glass set on a table, a soft footstep, fabric against skin. Keep them quiet and real. One sound every thirty seconds is enough.

Reading it live to your partner

Sit beside him, close to the ear, and let him keep his eyes closed. Do not look at the page too often. Hold one hand on his arm. After the last line, stay in the silence for a full minute.

Aftercare

Talk gently afterwards. Ask what he liked, what felt too much, what he would change. Offer water, a blanket, a hug. The scene is fantasy, and the closing is real.

Making it your own

Making it your own, Juliet Monroe

Change the venue to a hotel, a party or a gallery. Change the stranger’s first line. Change who has the final word. If you want the tempo of a longer arc, my paid series The Arrangement uses the same slow build across ten parts, and the free Part 4, Just Watch is a gentle audio companion to this script.

For a script that goes further into confession, see the cheating wife confession script, and for a gentler morning version, the F4M hotwife ASMR script. If you would rather read about the genre before you read aloud, what cuckold ASMR is explains the style.

Frequently asked questions

What is a cuckold ASMR script?

It is a written scene designed to be whispered, in which a wife tells her husband about her evening with another man, in a slow, soft voice. The words are chosen for sound and rhythm as much as for story. Scripts can be read live, recorded, or used as a template.

Can I record and share a script like this?

You can record it for yourself or your partner freely. If you want to publish a recording, rewrite the names, setting and details so it is your own work. Adult audio is for adult listeners only, and everything in the script should remain consensual fantasy.

How long should a cuckold ASMR script be?

Between eight and fifteen minutes is the sweet spot: long enough to build a mood, short enough to hold attention. A thousand to fifteen hundred words at a whisper pace gives you roughly that. Longer scenes work if the pacing changes.

What is F4M?

F4M means female for male: a script written to be performed by a woman for a male listener. It is a standard tag in audio communities. The listener is addressed as “you”, and the narration is in her voice. Variations include M4F, F4F and F4A.

Does the husband have to stay silent while listening?

Usually yes, since the listener is the audience of the story. Some couples add short replies as part of the role-play, for example “Yes, my Queen.” Agree it before you start, so the pacing of the scene is not broken by surprise.
