Hotwife Podcasts: What to Listen To on Cuckolding and Non-Monogamy
By Juliet Monroe · updated 2026-10-19 · 3 min read

What hotwife podcasts exist
Hotwife podcasts are a thin category. A few independent shows come and go, but the stable, well-produced listening sits in neighbouring topics: non-monogamy, relationship communication and sex advice. For couples, those shows teach the same skills: negotiating, handling jealousy, and repairing after a bad night. I mention names for comparison only and say what each is good for; I do not link to any, and episode lists change, so check the current feed before you commit.
If you prefer to hear the fantasy rather than advice, that is what my own library is for; the start is at Start Here. This page is about the talk-and-learn kind.
Quick comparison
| Show | Format | Main topics | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Multiamory | Panel discussion | Polyamory, open relationships, communication | Learning tools for agreements and jealousy |
| Where Should We Begin? | Real couples therapy session | Trust, desire, infidelity, repair | Hearing how a skilled therapist works |
| Savage Lovecast | Call-in advice | Kink, open relationships, desire | Quick, frank answers to specific questions |
| Polyamory Weekly | Interviews and commentary | Polyamory basics and personal stories | Older but useful grounding |
The shows worth your time
Each of these is general relationship content. Pick by what you need today.
Multiamory
A panel show on polyamory and open relationships, with episodes on jealousy, scheduling, agreements and communication frameworks. It is not hotwife-specific, but the episodes on rules, veto powers and compersion apply to a one-sided arrangement. It is practical and conversational. Pair an episode on jealousy with the written hotwife jealousy journal, or hear the idea of compersion in my hypnosis for compersion.
Where Should We Begin?
Esther Perel's recorded sessions with real couples. The show is about trust and desire, and many episodes involve infidelity or desire mismatch. It is helpful for understanding what a rupture and a repair sound like, and for hearing how a professional asks questions. Good to listen to together before a big conversation; see cuckold couples counseling for how to use a professional.
Savage Lovecast
Dan Savage's advice show, with plain-spoken answers on open relationships, kink and communication. Cuckolding and hotwife-type questions appear regularly. It is the best option if you want a direct answer to a specific problem, with the trade-off that the format is a short answer rather than a deep programme.
Polyamory Weekly
An older interview-style show that covers poly basics and personal stories. Some episodes are dated, but the ground rules about honesty and negotiating are still relevant. Treat it as background rather than current practice.
Listen with a purpose. Before you press play, write one question you want answered, such as "how do other couples handle the first week after a date?" or "what does a repair conversation sound like?". Stop the episode when you have your answer; a podcast is a tool, not a hobby you must finish. Two or three episodes a month is plenty for most couples, and sharing one with your partner often does more than ten listened to alone.
How to find hotwife-specific episodes

- Search by phrase, not just the label. Try "cuckold relationship", "hotwife marriage", "open marriage husband", and "one-sided open relationship".
- Search within an app by episode title. Podcast apps search show names more than topics, so search episodes directly.
- Check the date. Anything older than a few years may use dated language or advice.
- Look for guests who are therapists or researchers. An interview with a sex therapist or researcher is more reliable than a monologue with no sources.
- Skip shows that sell a lifestyle. If most episodes advertise a service, treat the advice with caution.
What to take from an episode
| Take | Why |
|---|---|
| One agreement idea | Turn it into a rule and test it for a month |
| One question | Ask it at your next check-in; see relationship check-in questions |
| One warning sign | Write it into your emotional safety plan |
| One word | Add it to your shared vocabulary |
Use podcasts alongside audio from me

A podcast gives you the framework, and a session gives you the feeling. Listen to an episode on jealousy, then a free session such as Turn Your Jealousy Into Pride or Start Here Part 3: Good Husband. If you want reading as well, books about hotwifing lists the non-fiction I recommend.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a podcast just about hotwives?
A few independent shows have existed, but none has held a steady audience for years. Most listeners get more from non-monogamy and relationship shows that cover jealousy, communication and agreements.
Which podcast is best for couples starting out?
Where Should We Begin? helps you hear how couples talk through difficult topics, and Multiamory covers practical tools like agreements and scheduling. Start with one episode each and discuss it together.
Are these podcasts safe to listen to with a partner?
The shows named here are general relationship and sex-advice podcasts. Content varies by episode, so preview titles and notes before playing aloud.
How do I judge whether advice in a podcast is reliable?
Prefer shows with trained hosts or guests, which cite research or clinical experience, and be cautious about advice that sells a lifestyle or promises guaranteed results.
