First Hotwife Date ASMR Script: A Wife Narrates Her First Night Out

By Juliet Monroe · updated 2026-10-19 · 6 min read

first hotwife date asmr script
A first hotwife date ASMR script is a spoken narration in which a wife describes her first date night to her husband in a close whisper, from getting ready to the drive home. This original F4M script runs about eighteen minutes and keeps the tone tender, nervous and playful, with no graphic detail.

A first hotwife date ASMR script is a love letter delivered as a whisper. The wife is nervous, the husband is nervous, and the narration holds both feelings with a steady voice and plenty of small details: the dress, the hairpin, the glass of water in her hand. The point is not what happens, but how it feels to be the person at home while it does. Below is a complete original F4M script, with directions for performing and recording it, and ways to adapt it for a real couple's first night.

What makes a good first-date narration

The first date is different from every later one. It is full of firsts: the first time she dresses for it, the first time he sees her leave, the first message, the first return. A narration should keep those small beats and avoid the temptation to rush. Four things make it work.

The guides on a hotwife's first time and on nerves before the first bull describe what real first nights are like. For the sound side, see whisper ASMR for cuckold audio and the cuckold ASMR script. If you are brand new to this kind of audio, begin with the free Start Here course.

The script: "Nervous, and Yours"

Voice: F4M. She whispers to him as if they were in the same room, the evening before she goes. The narration slips from the present into the evening itself.

(Room tone. A wardrobe door. A slow breath.)

Hi, love. I can't sleep. I wanted to talk to you in the dark, where it's easier. (pause) Is that all right? Come closer.

I've been thinking about tomorrow all week. I've laid out the dress on the chair, the dark green one you like. You've looked at it twice and not said anything, which is how I know you like it. (soft laugh)

(pause)

I want to tell you how the evening will go, the way I imagine it. Not the things we agreed not to say. Just the feelings. Will you let me?

(pause)

First, I get ready. I put on the perfume, a little behind each ear, a little on my wrist. I do my hair twice. I look at myself and I say, "You're a grown woman, and you're allowed to want this," and then I look at your ring on the nightstand and I laugh at myself, because I want you to tell me it's all right as well.

(pause)

You'll be in the hallway when I put on my coat. I know you will. You'll hold the door. You won't say anything clever. You'll say, "Have a lovely time." And I'll turn and look at you for a second too long, because I'll want to remember how you look when you let me go.

(pause)

I'll drive. The radio will be on, and I'll turn it off, and the car will go very quiet, and I'll hear my own pulse. I'll think: What am I doing? And then, very clearly: I'm doing exactly what we planned, with the man I love at home, waiting.

(pause)

When I park, I'll send you a message. Just one word. "Here." I'll keep my phone in my hand for a second before I go in. And I will think of you, in the chair, with the lamp on.

(soft breath)

He'll be at the table already. He'll stand up. He'll be polite, and he'll make me laugh within a minute, and my shoulders will come down from around my ears. We'll order a drink. I'll tell him I'm nervous. He'll say, "Good. I'd worry if you weren't."

(pause)

And I'll like him, a little. Is that all right? I want to say it to you now, so it isn't a surprise later. I'll like the way he listens, and the way he looks at me when I speak, and I'll feel something I haven't felt in a long time: a new colour in a familiar room.

(pause, whispering, closer)

But all through the evening, there will be a thread running back to you. When he says something clever, I'll think: I'll tell him. When I laugh, I'll think: He'd like this. When he asks about you, and he will, I'll say, "My husband is the best man I know," and I'll mean it, and that will make him smile as well.

(pause)

Later, when the night turns, I won't tell you what I'll do. You already know, and I'll tell you every detail you ask for in the morning. What I want you to hold on to is this: I'll be careful. I'll be kind. I'll be me. I'll be the woman who put on the green dress, kissed you at the door, and turned around once to look at you.

(long pause. The sound of a car.)

And then I'll drive home. Fifteen minutes, with the windows down, and the whole way I'll be thinking one thing: he's waiting. I'll feel a rush of tenderness so strong that I'll nearly pull over. I'll see the lamp in our window from the corner of the road, and I'll know, before the key is in the lock, that I'm the luckiest woman in the world.

(soft)

You'll be in the chair, won't you? Of course you will. And I'll walk straight to you, before I take off my coat, before anything. I'll kneel down and I'll put my face against your neck and I'll say what I'm saying now: "I'm nervous, and I'm yours."

(long pause)

That's all. Goodnight, love. Hold my hand until I fall asleep.

(Breath. Room tone. Ten seconds. End.)

Adapting for a real first date

Real situationAdjustment
She is more nervous than excitedLengthen the "I'm doing what we planned" beat and cut the flirtation
He is anxiousAdd three promises to return and a line about keeping his ring on
They have agreed not to hear detailsRemove the "I'll tell you every detail" line
She wants to speak in her own wordsKeep the structure: getting ready, leaving, arrival, the thread back to him, the drive home

Read it to him the night before, or send it as a voice message. Afterwards, ask one question: "What line made you feel safest?" Use the answer in your real conversation.

Recorded companions

Recorded companions, Juliet Monroe

For a recorded companion, Before You Said Yes goes back to the moment of agreement, Part 6: Queen of Spades places the wife in her confident role, and Part 4: Just Watch and Part 5: The Tap cover the husband's side of the waiting. Together with this script they make a good set for the week before a first date.

Frequently asked questions

What is a first hotwife date ASMR script?

It is a narration written for a close microphone, in which a wife talks her husband through her first date night as it happens or in recollection: nerves, the choice of dress, the first drink, the walk back. The tone is whispered, intimate and unhurried.

Does the script describe sex?

No. It stops at the threshold and turns to the drive home, which keeps it suitable for first-time listeners and for couples who prefer implication. The listener supplies what he wants. A more explicit version is easy to write by extending the middle section.

How long should it run?

Fifteen to twenty minutes is ideal for sleep or for quiet listening. The text below is about eighteen minutes at a slow whisper. You can cut the getting-ready section for a ten-minute version.

Can a real couple use it before a real first date?

Yes, as a rehearsal. Reading or hearing the evening beforehand lowers nerves for both of you and surfaces questions: what she will wear, what he wants to be told, what the limits are. Treat it as a draft, not a prediction.
