SPH Roleplay Script: A Gentle-to-Firm Scene With Consent Checks Built In

By Juliet Monroe · updated 2026-10-19 · 6 min read

sph roleplay script
An SPH roleplay script is a written scene in which a wife teases her husband about size, agreed in advance. This original F4M script climbs through three steps, gentle, teasing and firm, with a spoken consent check between each, a stop word, and a closing reassurance so the humiliation stays play.

An SPH roleplay script is the safest way to try small-penis humiliation, because the cruelty is written down, agreed and rehearsed before anyone feels it. The wife reads a scene, the husband listens, and the words stay inside a frame you both chose. Below is the full original script in three steps, with the consent checks written into it, then notes on adapting it to your own pair. I am Juliet, and I wrote it the way I would talk to a husband I adore and enjoy teasing.

Set it up before the first line

Do these four things at the table, dressed, with a drink, not in bed:

  1. Pick a stop word. Something unsexy, such as "pineapple". Either of you can say it and the scene ends at once, no questions until later.
  2. Write the never-say list. Ten minutes. He names anything that is real pain: a remark from an ex, a doctor's visit, a school memory. Those lines are out forever.
  3. Choose the ceiling. Gentle, teasing or firm. Most couples should stop at teasing the first time.
  4. Plan the landing. Ten minutes afterwards, lights up, blanket, water, a few warm sentences. This is part of the script, not an extra.

If you want the wider picture first, the guides on SPH and cuckolding and on the size comparison fetish explain why this lands so hard for some men, and the guide on boundaries and safewords covers the stop word properly. New to all of it? Listen to the free Start Here course first so the tone is familiar.

The script: "Measure Up"

The script: "Measure Up", Juliet Monroe

Roles: SHE (the wife, relaxed, in control), HE (her husband, seated, mostly silent).

Setting: Evening. He sits on the edge of the bed or a chair. She stands or sits across from him with a glass in her hand.

Step one: gentle

(SHE walks slowly around him once, then stops in front of him. Warm, amused.)

SHE: Look at you, sitting so politely. I want to play a game, sweetheart. I'm going to tell you a few honest things about tonight, and you're going to listen like a good husband. Is that all right?

(She waits for HE to answer. This is the first consent check. If he hesitates, she asks again or stops.)

SHE: Good. First thing. I like your cock. I do. It's sweet, it's familiar, and it's yours. But tonight I'm in a different mood. Tonight I want to talk about the kind of man who makes me stop talking.

(She sits, crosses her legs.)

SHE: You know the type. He doesn't have to try. He walks in and the room tilts a little. And when I think about him, I get restless in a way that I don't get from being sweet.

(Pause. Her voice drops, kind.)

SHE: I'm not saying that to hurt you. I'm saying it because you asked me to be honest with you. Do you want me to keep going, or is that enough?

(Second check. If HE says stop or the stop word, she moves straight to the landing at the end of the script.)

Step two: teasing

(SHE leans forward, elbows on knees, smiling.)

SHE: Still here? Then I'll tell you what I picture. A man whose hand around my wrist feels like a decision. I imagine you at the foot of the bed, watching, and I imagine you noticing, very quietly, that you don't compare.

(She lets that sit.)

SHE: And do you know what I like about you in that picture? You don't argue. You just breathe, and you stay. That is the sexiest part of you, my darling. Not the size of anything. The staying.

(She tilts her head.)

SHE: Now I'm going to say something a little unkind, but only because we agreed that tonight I could. You are the husband I come home to. You are not the man I go out for. Say it back to me.

(HE repeats the line, or a shortened version: "I'm the one you come home to.")

SHE: Good boy. That's the whole truth, isn't it? It doesn't make you less. It makes you mine, and it makes him a story. Tell me if that was too much.

(Third check. A small nod is enough. Never skip this one.)

Step three: firm

(SHE stands, comes close. Slower now, lower, certain.)

SHE: Then let me be firm with you, because I think you need it. Listen carefully. When I tell him what I like, he doesn't have to hear a single word about you. That is how small you are in that room. You are not even a topic.

(Beat. She softens one degree, a smile at the corner of her mouth.)

SHE: And yet I tell you everything afterwards. Do you know why? Because the only man who gets all of me, the laughing, the complaining, the shoes off at midnight, is the one sitting right here. He gets the details nobody else gets.

(She touches his cheek.)

SHE: So here is your role. You will be the one who is quiet, the one who is patient, the one who is wanted for everything except what you think matters. And you'll thank me for the honesty. Go on.

(HE says: "Thank you.")

SHE: Perfect. Now, how are you? Truly. Say it plainly.

(Final check, out of character. If anything felt sharp, they stop here and talk before the landing.)

The landing

(SHE puts the glass down, sits beside him, and her voice returns to everyday.)

SHE: Come here. That was the story. This is me. You are not small to me in any way that counts, and I love how you listen. Everything I said was play, and I chose every word because you trusted me with them. Thank you.

(She holds him for a while. Water, blanket, a few minutes of ordinary talk.)

How to adjust the script

The script has three dials you can turn without rewriting it.

DialLower it byRaise it by
Heat of the wordsReplace "small" with "ordinary" and keep comparisons vagueName sizes only inside the fantasy man, never about him
Her toneFond and amused, as writtenCooler, slower, fewer endearments
His partSilent listeningOne required phrase per step

Keep the fantasy man abstract. "A man who makes me stop talking" hurts less and works better than a specific physique, and the audio route works well here too. The free Start Here Part 4: Just Watch sets the same posture, and the exclusive Count My BBC Inches plays with numbers in a way you can sample before deciding whether you want that edge.

When to pause or stop

When to pause or stop, Juliet Monroe

Stopping is not failure; it is the system working. Watch for these signs and drop to the landing immediately:

Say the stop word yourself if you notice any of them. Afterwards, ask what happened instead of defending the script. Often the cause is small: a word, a tone, tiredness. Fix it, then run step one again another evening. Couples who treat the stop word as routine, not drama, tend to go further and with less regret.

Tips for performing it

If the sting turns out to be pride rather than shame for him, the free Turn Your Jealousy Into Pride session is a gentler way to keep that feeling afterwards, and the guide on cuckold humiliation shows where this sits in the wider range of play.

Frequently asked questions

How do I start an SPH roleplay without hurting my partner?

Agree the scene when you are both clothed and calm, choose a stop word, and begin at the gentle step. Check in aloud between steps. The sting should come from the story you are performing, never from real insecurities, so leave real comparisons and past partners out of the script.

Which words should be off limits in SPH play?

Anything attached to a real wound: a past partner's remark, a medical issue, his body outside the scene. Write a "never say" list together before you start, and add anything he flinches at to it. Keep the teasing about the fantasy man in the script, not about him as a person.

How long should an SPH scene last?

Ten to twenty minutes is plenty for a first run. The script below takes about fifteen read at a slow pace. Stopping early at step one is a perfectly good outcome, and you can move up a step next time.

Can the husband read his lines back or just listen?

Both work. Most husbands have only one line, the answer "yes, ma'am" or the stop word, so he can stay fully in the scene. If he wants to speak more, give him a single repeated phrase so he is not performing and feeling at once.
