Dirty Talk Script for Couples: Soft to Explicit, Two Voices

By Juliet Monroe · updated 2026-10-17 · 6 min read

dirty talk script for couples
This dirty talk script for couples is written for two readers, wife and husband, moving from soft to explicit in four stages. It includes pause and stop cues, consent check-ins, an optional cuckold flavour and tips on pace, volume and keeping both partners comfortable.

How to use this dirty talk script for couples

Dirty talk is easier with a script, especially the first few times. This dirty talk script for couples is written for two voices: She and He. It climbs in four stages, from soft to explicit, with cues that let either of you slow down or stop. Read it side by side, in bed or on the sofa, in a quiet voice. Stage directions are in italics. Lines marked (optional) can be skipped. It takes about ten minutes.

Before you start, agree on three signals. Green means keep going. Yellow means slow down or soften. Red (or a stop word) means stop completely and check in. Say them aloud, then say them again at the first pause. The script includes cuckold-flavoured lines as optional extras; a couple outside that dynamic can leave them out. For more phrases to borrow, the hotwife dirty talk phrases list is a good companion.

Stage one: soft

Stage one: soft, Juliet Monroe

(Close, low voices. Light touch only.)

She: Hi.

He: Hi.

She: I want to try something. I want us to say what we're thinking, out loud, for ten minutes. No judging. Is that all right?

He: Yes.

She: Tell me one thing you like about the way I look tonight.

He: Your shoulders. The way the strap sits.

She: Thank you. Now you.

She: I like the way your hands look when you're being careful with me.

He: I'm always careful with you.

She: I know. That's what I like.

(pause, three seconds. Check: "Green?" "Green.")

Stage two: warm

(Closer. Slower voice.)

He: Tell me what you'd like me to do.

She: I'd like you to kiss my neck, slowly, and not stop until I say.

He: I can do that.

She: And I'd like you to tell me what you're thinking while you do it.

He: I'm thinking how warm you feel. I'm thinking you smell like the perfume I love.

She: Keep going.

He: I'm thinking I could do this all night.

(Pause. She touches his face.)

She: Now tell me what you want me to do to you.

He: I want you to take your time. I want you to lead.

She: Good. That's a good answer. I like leading.

(optional) She: You always let me.

He: Because it's the best part.

(Check: "Yellow, green, or red?" "Green.")

Stage three: hot

Stage three: hot, Juliet Monroe

(Lower, breathier. Both speaking more freely.)

She: Tell me something you've never said out loud.

He: (admits a fantasy in his own words)

She: Mm. I like that. Tell me more.

He: (adds detail)

She: Now I'll tell you one.

(She tells a fantasy of her own. This is the place for her to be specific and teasing. Keep it consensual and kind.)

She: I think about being looked at. I think about walking into a room and knowing exactly what I'm going to do with the attention.

He: (breath) I like thinking about that.

She: I know you do. You like thinking about me being wanted.

(optional cuckold line) She: You like it when I'm wanted by someone else, don't you?

He: (quietly) Yes.

She: Say it properly.

He: I like it when you're wanted by someone else.

She: And what do you do when that happens?

He: I wait. I listen. I'm proud.

She: Good husband.

(pause. Check: "Still green?" "Green.")

He: Tell me what you'd like me to do now.

She: I'd like you to be exactly as slow as I say.

He: Yes, ma'am.

She: Closer.

Stage four: explicit

(Both speaking in short phrases. Pace follows the room.)

She: I want to feel you. I want you to tell me how it feels.

He: It feels like I could lose my mind.

She: Don't lose it yet. Hold still. Breathe.

He: Yes.

She: I want you to describe what you see.

He: I see your face. I see your hands. I see how you look at me.

She: Say it louder.

He: (louder) I see you.

She: Good. Now ask me for what you want.

He: Please. I want you to...

(He completes the request in his own words. She decides.)

She: Yes. Or: not yet. I'll tell you which.

(pause)

She: Yes.

(From here, the script falls away. Follow each other.)

The close

The close, Juliet Monroe

(After the heat, speak quietly again.)

She: Was that good?

He: It was perfect.

She: Was any of it too much?

He: No. Was it for you?

She: No. I'd do it again.

He: Next time, can we try a little more?

She: Yes. We'll plan it.

(They hold each other. End.)

Phone and text version

If you are apart, adapt the script for a call or messages. Start with stage one by voice, then move to text for stage two and three if you prefer privacy.

She: Hi. I'm in the bath. Guess what I'm thinking about.

He: Tell me.

She: I'm thinking about the weekend. I'm thinking about what I'm going to do to you when I'm home.

He: I like that.

She: I know you do. I want you to describe your day in one sentence, and then I'll tell you how it ends.

He: (answers)

She: Good. Now I'll tell you the ending. When I get home, I'll take your hand. I'll lead you to the bedroom. I'll tell you what I want, in order, and you'll answer "yes, ma'am" to each one. Do you think you can?

He: Yes, ma'am.

She: Say it again.

He: Yes, ma'am.

(pause)

She: I'll text you a word. When you see it, you'll know the first thing on the list. Until then, think of me.

Keep calls and messages private, and check that no one else can overhear or read them. Agree on signals for phones too: a single word for "pause" and a different one for "stop". End the call with a clear closing line so neither of you is left in the middle of a scene.

Extra prompts if you run out of words

When you freeze, use a prompt. "Tell me what you notice." "Tell me what you want next." "Tell me what you like about my voice." "Tell me something you'd never say at dinner." "Tell me what you'd do if I said yes." Each takes one sentence, and each invites a longer answer. If you run dry, return to description: what you see, hear and feel. Description is the easiest dirty talk because it needs no invention. Over a few evenings you will find your own phrases, and the script will fade into the background.

Tips for performing it

  1. Use your own words. The script is a frame; the details should be yours.
  2. Start quietly. Volume rises with comfort, not before.
  3. Keep eye contact during the soft stages.
  4. Let silence work. Pauses make the next line stronger.
  5. Respect limits. If a line does not feel right, change it.
  6. Debrief the next day with a short conversation about what to keep.

Frequently asked questions

How do I start dirty talk as a couple?

Begin with soft compliments and requests, agree on signals such as green, yellow and red, and increase the intensity only when both of you are comfortable. A script helps because it gives you words and a structure.

What if one of us gets embarrassed?

Slow down, laugh, and return to a softer stage. Embarrassment is normal. Using a script lets you borrow words until your own come naturally, and a yellow signal gives a clean way to pause.

Do we need to use the cuckold lines?

No. They are optional and marked in the script. Leave them out if the dynamic does not interest you, or add them gradually after you have talked about them.

How long should dirty talk take?

Ten to fifteen minutes is enough for a first try. Longer sessions grow naturally as you gain confidence. End with a short check-in so both of you can say what you liked.
