No Nut November Chastity: Rules, Plan and Release
By Juliet Monroe · updated 2026-10-19 · 3 min read

No Nut November chastity means staying locked, or at least denied, for the whole month of November, usually straight after Locktober. It works best as a plan with clear rules, a keyholder who is paying attention, and a release date you actually look forward to. Without those, it turns into 30 days of white-knuckle willpower.
Rules to agree before 1 November
Write these down and keep a copy each:
- Start and end. Start at midnight on 1 November, end on 30 November or 1 December. Decide which.
- Who holds the key. Wife, partner, trusted friend or a lockbox with a timer.
- What counts as a failure. Release without permission. Define whether wet dreams, accidents and medical incidents count.
- Permitted activity. Is edging allowed? Is arousal allowed? Is she allowed to tease?
- Breaks. How many cleaning breaks and how long each.
- Emergency exit. Pain, skin problems, illness. A cage must come off safely.
- What happens on release. Who decides, and how.
The more specific the rules, the fewer arguments you will have on 17 November.
Connecting it to Locktober

If you are coming straight from October, you have two choices:
| Option | How | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Continuous | Lock stays on 1 Oct to 30 Nov with scheduled cleaning breaks | Experienced wearers |
| Reset | Short break on 31 Oct, new lock on 1 Nov | Beginners or sore skin |
Use the break to check skin, clean thoroughly and swap devices if you have two. See the Locktober guide for how to finish October well and Locktober challenge ideas for tasks you can continue.
A week-by-week plan
| Week | Focus | Task |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Re-set | Rewrite your rules, one audio session a night |
| 2 | Steady | Weekly photo check-in, one new ritual |
| 3 | Test | The hardest week; add a daily journal line |
| 4 | Finish | Plan release, final inspection |
| 30 Nov | Release | Her decision, her script |
Week 3 is where most people wobble. Expect restlessness and an urge to bargain. Plan something enjoyable then: a date night, a new audio, a project.
Keeping it fun

Challenges fail when they become dull. Ideas:
- Weekly check-ins. Photo or video proof with a numbered lock; see chastity check-in photos.
- Weekly tasks. Small jobs or rituals, not punishments.
- Nightly audio. Short sessions keep the mental side engaged. Her Ring Never Comes Off takes two minutes; Count My BBC Taps Cucky gives a longer, counted ritual.
- A countdown. A wall chart or an app that shows days left.
- A surprise. One night where she lifts a restriction to play.
If you are new to denial itself, read orgasm denial for husbands first, and begin the free Start Here course so you have a daily routine to lean on.
Skin and safety
A month is a long time. Basic habits matter:
- Clean the device and the skin every day.
- Take a planned break every 5 to 7 days for drying and inspection.
- Stop for numbness, colour change or sharp pain.
- Do not extend because you "feel fine." Check anyway.
For time guidelines, see how long can you wear a cage.
Planning the release

The end of the challenge is half the fun. Decide in advance:
- The date. Fixed or surprise.
- The method. A full release, a ruin, a ritual, or a gradual step down.
- The audio. All of Me is long and slow and works well as the finale; Tap the Lock and Thank BBC ends on gratitude.
- The aftercare. Water, a clean device, a conversation.
A release that has been built up all month deserves a scene. Do not rush it.
After November
Many couples keep going with a gentler pattern: a weekly lock, or a few days a month. Talk about what worked and what did not. Write three lines: one thing you loved, one thing that was hard, one change for next year. That is how a challenge becomes a habit rather than an endurance test.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference from Locktober?
Locktober is October, No Nut November is November. Running both back to back gives you about two months of locked time. Many participants treat them as one long challenge with a mid-point check-in on 31 October.
Can I take a break between the two?
Yes, and a brief one is sensible for skin recovery. A short cleaning break on 31 October or 1 November is common, as long as the keyholder agrees.
What if I fail early?
Decide beforehand. Many couples make failure a reset of a week, a task, or simply an honest note and a restart. Shame is optional.
Do I need a cage?
No. No Nut November can be done with willpower alone, but a cage makes it enforceable. A keyholder who holds the key is the strongest structure.
