Jealousy Hypnosis Script: Turning Jealousy Into Pride (Full Text)

By Juliet Monroe · updated 2026-10-19 · 6 min read

jealousy hypnosis script
A jealousy hypnosis script is a spoken text that uses relaxation and suggestion to change how jealousy feels, from a knot to a source of pride. This original script has an induction, a deepener, suggestions about the wife's date and a clean waking count, and it works read aloud or recorded.

A jealousy hypnosis script uses the relaxed, suggestible state to turn the tightness of jealousy into something more useful for this fantasy: pride in being the man she comes home to. Below is the full original text, about twenty-five minutes at a slow pace, with notes on how to read it, record it, and change it. It works for a wife reading to her husband, a husband reading to himself in a recording, or a voice you already know. If you have never been hypnotised, the guide on what cuckold hypnosis is like will make sense of the format.

How jealousy and hypnosis fit together

Jealousy is a sharp bodily signal followed by a story. The signal is real: heat, tightness, restlessness. The story is what hypnosis can edit. A husband who hears "she is out and I am yearning" feels one thing; the same husband hearing "she is out, and I am the one she chooses to return to" feels another, though the body hasn't changed. The script rehearses the second story while the body is calm enough to accept it.

Two rules keep it honest. First, you are not erasing the feeling. For many men the feeling is exactly the point, and the guide on why jealousy turns men on explains the mechanism. Second, you are not asking for loyalty to be demonstrated. You are inviting pride, which the listener can reject at any time. For the vocabulary, see jealousy versus envy and hypnosis for compersion.

How to read it

How to read it, Juliet Monroe

Remember the listener stays in control: he can open his eyes and move at any time.

The script: "The Door Closes"

Induction

(Soft, slow.) Settle into your chair, or lie down if you are in bed. Let your hands rest wherever they fall. Take a breath in through your nose... and let it go through your mouth. (pause) Again, a little deeper. In... and out.

With each breath, your shoulders lose a little weight. Your jaw unclenches. The muscles around your eyes soften until your eyelids feel heavy, and if you like, you can let them close now.

I am going to count down from five. With every number, you sink a little further into comfort. Five... your forehead smooths. Four... your arms grow warm and heavy. Three... your chest rises and falls on its own. Two... your legs are loose. One... and you are exactly as relaxed as you need to be.

Deepener

(Slightly slower.) Imagine a staircase of ten steps going down into a quiet, warm room. I will count each step, and you let yourself descend. Ten... nine... eight. The sounds of the house grow far away. Seven... six... five... the only sound is my voice. Four... three... two... and one. (pause) You are standing in the quiet room. It is the one place where nothing is asked of you.

In this room there is a window, and outside is an ordinary evening. You are comfortable. You are safe. You can stay here as long as you like.

Suggestions

(Steady, affectionate.) Tonight, in this room, you think about your wife. She is dressed for the evening. She has chosen her perfume carefully. She is looking at herself in a mirror and smiling, and you know this smile; you have seen it a hundred times, and it is yours to know.

(pause)

Notice the tightness that rises in your chest when you picture her leaving. Notice it without pushing. Where is it? Behind the breastbone, in the stomach? Let it be exactly there. That tightness is the proof that she matters to you. It is a measure, nothing else. Each time it appears, you will recognise it as that measure, and it will warm instead of bite.

Say silently with me: This feeling is my love at full volume.

(pause)

Now picture the door closing behind her. The latch clicks. And as it does, something quiet and solid settles in you: she is going out, and she is coming back. You are the one she comes home to. You are the one who knows her whole story. Whatever the night holds, it ends here, with you, with her ring on her finger and her hand in yours.

Feel pride rise. Not pride in anything you have done, only pride in being hers, in being trusted with this, in being the man a woman can tell the truth. (pause) That pride is stronger than the knot. You will feel it every time the knot appears.

(Repeat softly, three times, slowly.) Jealousy becomes pride. Jealousy becomes pride. Jealousy becomes pride.

Second layer: the return

(Slower, quieter.) Now let the picture move forward in time. It is late. The street is empty. A key turns in the lock, and you are already smiling before you know it. She walks in, and the first thing she does is look for you. Not for anyone else, not for the memory of the evening. For you. (pause)

She sits beside you. She tells you what she wants to tell you, and nothing she says takes anything away. Each word is a thread that ties the evening to your home. You listen, and the part of you that was afraid grows quiet, because the facts are kinder than the fears. They always are.

Feel how the pride settles into your shoulders. It has weight. It has warmth. It says: I was chosen to wait, and I was chosen to be told.

(pause)

From now on, whenever jealousy rises, you will notice a second feeling arriving right behind it, a feeling that says, She is mine to welcome. The two feelings walk together. The first alerts you; the second keeps you steady. And it is the second one that lasts.

Anchor

(Optional.) If you wear a ring, press your thumb against it now. This pressure will be a small signal to your body: calm, proud, hers. Whenever you press it in the days ahead, the feeling will return, a little softer than the jealousy and a little warmer than the pride.

Emergence

(Brighter, faster.) In a moment I will count up from one to five. At five, your eyes open, you feel clear, refreshed and awake. One... energy returns to your hands. Two... you notice the room. Three... you take a deep breath. Four... your eyes begin to open. Five... eyes open, wide awake, fully here.

Recording it yourself

Recording it yourself, Juliet Monroe

If you want a version he can play alone, record it in one sitting.

  1. Read the script twice silently before the first take.
  2. Record in a quiet room with soft furnishings; a wardrobe full of clothes is a decent booth.
  3. Leave the pauses in. A silent three-count is two seconds of recording. Do not edit them out.
  4. Fade the room tone in for ten seconds at the start and out for ten at the end.
  5. Keep your volume constant; hypnosis works better with a steady voice than a dramatic one.
  6. Add a short note at the front: "Do not play this while driving." Everything else stays in the script.

A soft, slow tempo beats production polish every time. If you want to hear how I pace it, the free session linked below is a good reference.

What to do afterwards

Give him water and five minutes of ordinary conversation. Ask one question, "What was the strongest moment?", and write the answer down. It tells you which sentence to repeat next time.

Variations

ChangeEffect
Add a real-sounding detail (the perfume, the dress)Raises intensity of the image
Remove the "door closes" sceneKeeps the script about calm, not waiting
Repeat the pride line ten timesDeepens the suggestion, longer session
Replace the staircase with an elevatorFaster deepener for experienced listeners

For recorded versions, the free Turn Your Jealousy Into Pride session uses a similar arc in my own voice. Before You Said Yes goes back to the moment of agreement, and Part 4: Just Watch and Part 5: The Tap from the Start Here course add the physical anchor. Repeat the script weekly for a month and the pressing of the ring will begin to work on its own.

Frequently asked questions

Can hypnosis really change how jealousy feels?

It can shift how a feeling is framed and what attention does with it. Hypnosis lowers resistance to suggestion, so a repeated line like "this feeling is evidence that she matters" can alter the meaning you attach to the tightening in your chest. It does not remove jealousy, and it should not be asked to.

Is it safe to read a hypnosis script aloud to my husband?

Yes, in the same way that reading a bedtime story is safe. He stays aware and can open his eyes whenever he wants. Agree in advance that the script targets pride and calm only, and keep the waking count intact at the end.

How long does the script take?

Read slowly, about twenty-five minutes. Roughly ten for the induction and deepener, ten for the suggestions, and a few for emergence. You can stop after the suggestions and count him up if time is short.

Should I use his real jealousies in the script?

No. Keep the scenes imagined and generic. Using real insecurities risks hurting him, and fiction works just as well because the body reacts to the story. If a real worry comes up, wake him and talk it through.
