A cheating girlfriend ASMR script is a role-play where one partner whispers a confession of an affair to the other, close to a microphone or an ear. In real life that would be betrayal. Here it is a story the two of you agreed to tell, the way people agree to watch a thriller. The frame matters more than the words: everyone knows it is a scene, both want it, both can stop it.

Consent frame (do it first, out loud):
- "This is a story we are telling together. Nothing in it is real."

Beat three: the detail
(Close to the mic, almost mouth-to-ear.)
I want to tell you this part slowly, because I think you want it slowly.
He kissed me against the cold metal wall of the lift. It was nothing like kissing you. It was hurried, a little clumsy, so warm I forgot to breathe. I had my hand on the back of his neck.
(pause)
I thought of you. Not guilty. Just aware. I thought, he would hate this and he would love this.
(a small laugh, very quiet)
Are you hearing that? I know you are. Your breath changed.
Beat four: the turn
(Softer, tender, a shift in tone.)
Here's what I need you to hear. I came home. I drove straight home. I didn't want to go anywhere else, because home was where you were.
(pause)
I stood in the doorway and watched you sleep, and I thought, this is the man I choose. Every time. Even when I wander, I choose it.

That's what the story is for. It isn't about him. He's just the shadow. It's about you being the one I come back to.
Beat five: the close
(Whispering again.)
Now I want you to say something for me. Not a promise. A word. Any word that tells me how that felt.
(She leaves ten seconds of silence for the partner.)
Thank you. I've got you. Nothing in that story happened. It was a story. We're here, together, safe.
(pause)
Let's breathe. In, slowly. And out.
(Hold the whisper for another thirty seconds with soft breathing, then stop.)
Variations
Angle: guilt instead of heat. Slow the pace, cut beat three, and extend beat four to a full minute. Good for couples who prefer emotional intimacy to arousal.

Pick one from each column, write four sentences per beat, and read the result aloud once before the real take. Keep the third person unnamed: "someone", "a colleague", "a man from the gym". Names make a story feel like a record; leave them out.
Three limits keep this kind of scene healthy:
- Agreed beats only. If a detail was not on the shared list, leave it out, however good it would sound.
- No real people. Do not base the character on a real friend, a real colleague or an ex.
- No surprise endings. The whole point is that the listener knows she comes back. A twist where she does not belongs to a different, much riskier kind of fiction.
Recording tips
- Test the whisper at the target volume. Many phone mics clip on the p and t sounds; move the microphone slightly off-axis.
- Record in a soft room. Curtains, a duvet, a wardrobe full of clothes.
- Leave silence. In ASMR, the pause carries more than the line.
- Do not read straight through. Read once to learn, then perform it from memory in short pieces.
- Edit for breath. Keep the audible inhale before big lines.
After the scene
The tricky bit with any confession scene is the quiet five minutes after. Hold each other, drink water, and say plainly: "That was a story. I love you." Ask what to keep and what to change next time, then rest.
