- Week two: evenings. Wear it for a whole evening, three times. Pair it with a session such as Part 5: The Tap.
- Week three: a full day. One daytime lock, with a mid-day check. Remove it at bedtime for the first time.
- Week four: review. Talk about what you noticed. Adjust fit, length and rules. If you want longer, add small increments.
